About the 300-Hour Course

The 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course at Yoga Goals Vietnam is the next step for yoga teachers who have completed their 200-hour program. This course delves deeper into advanced aspects of yoga, from philosophy to specialized teaching techniques.

Flexible Learning Schedule

To accommodate diverse student needs, we offer two learning options:

  • Weekday classes: 3-month program, Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Weekend classes: 5-month program, Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
